Freshman Seminar (PSU 017) Resume Workshops

If you are a freshman in IST taking PSU 017, you can expect to see the Career Assistance Team at some point during the semester. These workshops occur in class and include an overview of the internship program by the placement coordinator, as well as a resume review session by C.A.T volunteers.

Pro Expo/Fall 2007 Career Fair Resume Workshop

This event occurs in September before the IST Professional Expo and the University wide 2007 Fall Career Fair. It is an excellent way to get your resume reviewed before meeting companies at the Pro Expo. Students who have not yet registered for ISTechTRAK are also encouraged to attend. Other topics include how to dress and how to network at the career fair.

Finding Jobs and Internships Workshop

This workshop occurs in the spring, generally before the IST future forum. Topics covered include: registering for ISTechTRAK, searching for jobs and internships, the interview process, how to dress for interviews, and networking at career fairs.
